Traditionally we do not offer payment plans; yet only partial payments are required prior to any project starts. Theres a possibility that payment arrangements can be made for packaged or multi service orders.

Yes. For all of our projects a deposit equal to at least 50% of project total is required prior to start.

You retain copyrights to all designs produced by us for your use as outlined in Terms & Conditions page and in your service contract.

All of your progress can be followed via your access to the HONEYBOOK client portal where we share files, proofs, documents and more!

We offer a complete business email account setup via Google workspace. We can obtain and setup your professional email account in conjunction with your domain setup for a low package cost. Please inquire if you wish us to do this for you. Otherwise you are free to use or obtain any email you deem appropriate :)

Yes! We secure your custom Domain Name for you free of charge for the 1st year! Domains are obtained through Google and you are billed annuall for renewals to keep your domain active. average Domain fees are $12-$15 annually. This is separate from your monthly site Hosting fee(s). 

Yes! By all means all of our designs are produced to be responsive and dynamic when displayed and viewed on any dievice, mobile, tablet, or pc.

Yes! Depending upon your package choice. With the Standad package its basically give and go; we design and give you the reigns to make your owns edits and updates while we host. For the Advanced & E-Commerce packages we handle your sites Maintenace and Support, & Updates but you are also given access to update blog content and make comments or suggestions for designer changes, This can all be done ON THE GO and mobile!

No. although all site hosting on our servers is required. The DIY package does NOT include extensive site maintenance and all updates or edits are the responsibility of you the site owner for the duration of  sites active status. With the STANDARD package you are given full access to your design portal and are free to perform all of your own site UPDATES and editing at no additional cost. Just maintain your monthly subscription fee.  We will perform ongoing lite SEO and adjustments but the rest is up to you. Any addtional extensive edits or work performed inucr an hourly rate to be determined by Aurum Creative. With the ADVANCED & ECOMMERCE packages all sites are maintained and updated by Aurum Creative. 

No. But fortunately for you your site is hosted on Amazon AWS. Amazon's secure cloud services platform. Its a great fit for us for it's database storage, content delivery and other functionality that helps businesses scale and grow. Our web and application servers are in the cloud allowing us to free up space and to host dynamic websites

Yes! all of our sites are designed with search engines in mind and are compliant with all guidelines. It is a good idea to have us perform "light" SEO over time as search engines often alter rules and algorithms and you'll want your site to stay up to date and noticeable.

We offer a lite SEO service for your site for a low monthly cost. We also recommend more comprehensive service from our third party suggestion.

The trial program is available only with the DIY plan. At the point of signup you provide a payment method which will be billed for your first monthly subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless cancelled prior.
